社区慢性病防治中老年冠心病患者健康教育的应用价值

Community chronic disease prevention value of health education for patients with coronary heart disease

目的评价对老年冠心病患者进行健康教育在社区慢性病防治中的应用价值。方法将我社区150例老年冠心病患者随机分为2组,试验组在常规治疗的基础上结合实施每月1次的健康教育,对照组按照常规方案进行治疗。结果试验组老年冠心病患者的精神状态与生活方式较对照组均有所好转,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病患者实施健康教育,可以使其心率维持稳定,增强对冠心病疾病知识的了解,提高患者遵医行为和改变不良的生活方式。

Objective Explore the evaluation of patients with coronary heart disease, the value of health education in the community chronic disease prevention. Methods My community of 198 elderly patients with coronary heart disease patients randomized District is divided into two groups, a combination implemented in conventional treatment programs monthly health education, and the other group still in accordance with the conventional program for treatment. Results Experimental group in elderly patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） state of mind and way of life has improved, the heart rate control ideal, complications and mortality and sequelae rate compared with the control group had obvious difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion the implementation of health education in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can make the elderly patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） heart rate stability, enhance the understanding of coronary disease knowledge, improve patients with goad medical treatment behavior and change the bad way of daily life.
