护理干预对应用PICC依从性及并发症的影响

Nursing intervention's influence on the application of PICC adherence and complications

目的探讨护理干预对肿瘤患者应用经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)的依从性及相关并发症的影响。方法将我院肿瘤化疗科2011年1月—12月住院化疗并符合PICC置管条件的256例患者作为对照组,将2012年1月—12月住院化疗并符合PICC置管条件的301例患者作为干预组。对照组给予常规护理;干预组实施优质护理,给予针对性护理干预措施,比较2组患者的依从性和并发症发生情况。结果干预组PICC依从性显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组。结论实施优质护理服务,给予护理干预,对提高肿瘤化疗患者对PICC的依从性,减少PICC并发症具有显著效果,可以提高肿瘤患者的治疗效果,减轻不良反应,改善生存质量。

Objective Discusses the application of nursing intervention on cancer patients via peripheral venous puncture central venous catheter （PICC） compliance and related complications. Methods Will tumor chemotherapy in our department from January 2011 to December 2011 inpatient chemotherapy 256 as control group, the hospitalized from January 2012 to December 2012 lines of chemotherapy of 301 as the intervention group, control group given conventional nursing, implement high quality nursing intervention group, given targeted nursing intervention measures, compared two groups of patients＇compliance and complications. Results Intervention group PICC tube insertion, we adherence is significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Implement high quality nursing project, give nursing intervention, to improve the tumor chemotherapy for patients with PICC buy tube, compliance, reduce the complications of PICC catheter surgery has significant effect, so as to improve the treatment effect of tumor patients, reduce adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life.
