摘要
采用了ANSYS通用有限元软件对机座进行模态分析,通过分析机座前四阶固有频率与电机旋转频率,发现第一阶固有频率16.3 Hz与转速1 000 r/min频率相近,机座振动较为明显。将圆筒形机座改为方形机座,并提高机座刚度,模态仿真结果及振动试验结果表明,方形机座低阶固有频率与电机工作转速频率不重合,振动速度减小,方形机座有利于电机的稳定运行。
ANSYS general finite element software for the modal analysis was used. We find the first natural frequency 16.3 Hz is equal to speed 1 000 r/rain with the analysis of frequencies and the vibration of base is obvious. We changed the cylindrical base to a square base and increased the stiffness of the base. The results of modal analysis and vibration test show that the square base's low-order natural frequencies are different from the speed frequencies, and the vibration velocity is reduced. The square base is conducive to the stable operation of the generator.
