摘要
根据航天测量船测控雷达伺服直流电机检测维护需求,设计了测功机系统。在分析测控雷达伺服驱动设备基础上,充分利用现有测量船驱动没备,设计了速度板限幅电路改造方案,有效解决了电枢电压过低导致电机转速不能满足测试要求的问题,提高了电机测试的动态范围。系统建成后,对船载伺服直流电机进行了空载、负载测试,以充分验证电机性能和测试系统的功能。
The brake dynamometer system was designed to the demand of test and maintenance of the DC servo motor to the measurement and control rodar on the space TT&C ship. Drive equipment of the surveying vessel currently availabe was fully used for modification scheme on the speed boxrds slicer circuit based on the analysis of the servo drive equipment of the measurement and control radar; which effectively soluted the problem that the ~tate speed of motor couldn't meet the demand because of too low of the armatur voltage ; and raised the dynamic range of the motor test. After the completion of the system, no load and carrying load test of the DC servo motor in ship was implemented, so that the performance of motor and the function of the test system was fully proved.
