摘要
高水平教师是建设高水平大学的先决条件之一,在高水平教师招聘过程中存在七对关系或者矛盾,如本土和西方、本校和外校、学历出身和后天发展、学历层次和实际需求、能力和人品、简历和经历、科研和教学等,这七对关系决定着高水平大学教师招聘的质量和规格,通过对这七对关系进行深入分析,以期就如何协调和处理好这七对关系提供一些对策和建议。
High-level faculty is a precondition to build high-level universities. In recruiting high-level faculty, the seven pairs of relationship ought to be handled with care between native faculty and foreign faculty, from home college and other colleges, educational background and afterward development,level of educational background and actual demand, competence and personality, qualifications and experiences, academic research and teaching, for these relationships are critical to the quality of the faculty recruitment work. In this paper,an analysis is made to study these seven pairs of relationship so as to provide suggestions and countermeasures to the handling of these relationships.
