钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构施工工艺分析 被引量:8

摘要 钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构的散铺法和预制钢筋笼法两种施工方法各有优缺点,但都因施工工序繁多、工艺复杂等因素,严重影响了钢弹簧浮置板轨道施工进度。为此国内外研究了不同的浮置板快速施工方法。预制短板由于具有施工工艺简单、施工工序少、不同施工现场适应能力强等优势,因此有广阔的应用前景。对比分析了各种浮置板轨道结构的施工工艺,总结了钢弹簧浮置板施工工艺存在的问题以及预制短板施工工艺的优势。分析结论对浮置板轨道结构的选择有一定的参考意义。 Steel floating slab rail track construction method has two forms: the dispersion layer method and the precast reinforced cage method, both have their advantages and disadvantages. However, the construction progress is delayed by adopting either of them because of the complicated process in engineering. In order to increase the construction speed, various fast floating slab construction methods are investigated both at home and abroad. The short slab method has simple construction technology, less construction process and better site adaptive capacity, will have a broader prospect of application. Through comparing different floating slab construction methods, the advantages of precast short slab method over the steel floating slab method are summarized, which will provide useful information on floating slab application selection.
