在“生物化学”理论教学中构建整体知识框架的思考

摘要 生物化学是不断发展和创新的科学,内容抽象而复杂,教师在教学过程中常感到学时少。文章就生物化学理论教学中构建整体知识框架的意义、内容及特点进行了初步的探讨,以期达到教师用较短的时间、较少的篇幅介绍生物化学的基础知识、学科进展,从而全面提高生物化学理论教学的质量。 "Biochemistry" ,as a new discipline, is still in the course of developing and in- novating. Teachers usually worry that the limited time of classes in each semester is not enough for this course considering the abstraction and complication of this course. This paper concerns the meaning, content and features of "overall knowledge framework" in "Biochemistry" teaching in order to promote the teaching efficiency. The basic idea is that teachers may focus on introducing the essentials of this course and the research development in the limited school time to provide a general picture of this discipline, by which students may have an overall knowledge of this course.
