摘要
三十多年的改革开放,法学教育为我国法治进程立下汗马功劳。但司法考试制度实施十年来,与法学教育联系还远远不够,将司法考试与法学教育有机联系在一起,对解决实存的司法环境、法律公信力等方面的问题有一定的帮助。
The 30 years of reform and opening-up policy witnesses the contribution of legal education to China＇ s legislation development. The judicial examination system has been established for over 10 years but the connection of the examination and education is not close enough. The efficient connection of the two may provide solutions to the problems concerning judicial environment and legal credibility.
