氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑合成工艺改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 以1-氯丁烷和N-甲基咪唑为原料,合成氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([Bmim][Cl]),采用单因素和正交实验法对其合成过程的反应条件进行了优化。结果表明,较佳反应条件为:反应温度100℃,转速为6 r/s,n(1-氯丁烷)∶n(N-甲基咪唑)=1.1∶1,反应时间为12 h。在上述条件下,产品收率达96%。采用FTIR和1H NMR技术对产品结构进行了表征,并对产物的催化性能进行了评价。 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ( [ Bmim ] [ Cl] ) was synthesized using l-chlorobutane and N-methylimidzole as starting materials. The reaction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum reaction condition were temperature 100 ℃, agitation rate 6 r/s,n(1-chlorobutane) : n(N-methylimidzole) = 1.1 : 1, reaction time 12 h. Under above conditions,the yield of product was over 96%. The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR and ^1H NMR, the catalytic performance of the product was evaluated.
