摘要
以一种阳离子单体与丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸为原料,合成了一种疏水缔合型压裂液稠化剂。对稠化剂浓度、表面活性、助剂、流变性、抗温抗剪切性和黏弹性进行了研究。结果表明,该稠化剂在0.1 g/dL时表面张力为42.2 mN/m,近0.3 g/dL时,出现CAC,溶液黏度急剧上升;适当的助剂使增稠能力显著提升;稠化剂是典型的非牛顿流体,对温度和剪切速率敏感,对剪切不敏感;30℃时,G’远大于G";80℃时,2 Hz以下,G’和G"相当,超过2 Hz后,G’明显大于G"。证明该稠化剂具有良好的流变性、黏度稳定性、抗剪切性和携砂性。
A cationic monomer, AM and AA as raw material, a hydrophobical association fracturing fluid gelatinizer was synthesized. The concentration, surfactivity, assistant, rheology, temperature and shearing resistance,and viscoelasticity of this gelatinizer were studied. The results showed that the surface tension of the gelatinizer was 42.2 mN/m when the concentration was 0. l g/dL, and CAC appeared nearly 0.3 g/dL, increasing the viscosity of the solution sharply ; appropriate assistant made a significant improve in thickening ability;the gelatinizer was a typical non-Newtonian fluid ,which was sensitive to temperature and shearing rate, and not sensitive to shearing;G' was much greater than G″ at 30 ℃ ;which at 80 ℃, G' was equivalent of G″ below 2 Hz and greater than G" obviously over 2 Hz. It proved that this gelatinizer had good performances in rheology, viscosity stability, anti-shearing and sand carrying ability.
