仲烷基磺酸钠的合成及其在印染中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以C13~C15正构烷烃为主要原料,在波长λ=350 nm紫外光照射下,激活位于碳链仲位置的—CH2基团同SO2发生磺化反应,再与O2、H2O发生氧化反应,制得仲烷基磺酸,经中和并除去未反应的正构烷烃,最终制得仲烷基磺酸钠。将仲烷基磺酸钠应用于印染工业中织物的前处理工艺,并测试了其处理后织物的毛效、白度、强力保留率等,各项指标均符合织物后续加工要求。 C13 - C15 Normal paraffin as the raw material, the secondary --CH2 group of carbon chain was activated under UV irradiation (λ = 350 nm), then reacted with SO2,O2, H2O. Secondary alkyl sulfonic acid was neutralized and refined from the un-reacted normal paraffin, finally made the secondary alkane acid was neutralized and refined from the un-reacted normal paraffin, finally made the secondary alkane sulfonate (SAS). The synthetic technology route of secondary alkane sulfonate and the application in dyeing and printing industry as pretreatment chemicals, the fabric' s whiteness, capillary effect, strength retention rate were also tested.
