摘要
搭建了与OECD 301B相适应的表面活性剂最终生物降解装置,通过对样品醋酸钠及阴离子表面活性剂LAS生物降解性测定,表明该装置研究表面活性剂最终生物降解性能的可行性。应用该装置测定APG0810,其最终生物降解率为86.5%。
An ultimate biodegradation test device (CO2 evolution test) was set up based on the requirement of OECD 30t B method and validated via sodium acetate as reference compound. The ultimate biodegradability of anionic surfaetant LAS was measured as control compound and that of commercial APG0810 product tested at the same time. Results showed that the repeatability of LAS was qualified and ultimate biodegradation of APG0810 product was 86.5%.
