摘要
利用高效液相色谱测定在SP0810色谱柱上吸附的Henry常数,以超纯水作为流动相,在流速为0.5 mL/min,柱温为35℃,进样20μL的条件下,测定D-半乳糖的Henry常数为0.56,D-塔格糖Henry常数为1.28。此外,研究了柱温对Henry常数的影响,估算了D-塔格糖及D-半乳糖的吸附焓。
Henry constants of D-tagatose and D-galactose were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Water was used as the mobile phase, flow rate and column temperature were 0.50 mL,/min and 35 ℃, the sample volume was 20 μL. The obtained the Henry constants of D-galactose and D-tagatose were 0.56 and 1.28, respectively. Effects of column temperature on Henry constants were examined,the adsorption enthalpies were estimated.
