摘要
双轨变换半趴式尾车是配合斗轮堆取料机实现折返式功能的一种新型的机械式变换单尾车,具有独特的结构形式及功能特点,分析了该尾车结构形式、适用工况特点及其变换机构的组成及工作原理。并将该尾车与功能相同的液压驱动变换的折返单尾车在性能的可靠性、适应性等方面进行比较,阐述了该尾车的技术优势及推广价值。
The double-rail switching semi-luffing tripper is a new-type mechanical switching single tripper providing the shuttling function for bucket-wheel stacker/ reclaimer,which owns unique structural and functional features.The paper analyzes the structure and applicable working characteristics,the composition of the switching mechanism and working principle.Comparison is made between the new-type tripper and the shuttling single tripper with same function and hydraulic drive switching in aspects of reliability,adaptability,etc.,indicating the technical advantages and promotion value of the new tripper.
