摘要
针对某型轨道式集装箱起重机,利用有限元软件Hypermesh建立起重机龙门架的有限元模型,并进行模态分析,得到龙门架主振型的频率值,同时参照起重机规范中固有频率的计算,来指导起重机龙门架的设计。用有限元方法进行龙门架的模态分析对提高起重机整体动态特性的设计具有重要意义。
With a rail-mounted container crane as an example,the finite element model is established for the cran's portable by the finite element software Hypermesh,with further modal analysis,in order to figure out the frequency value of principal vibration mode of the portable,which is used to direct the design of the crane portable,with reference to calculation of inherent frequency in the crane specification.The modal analysis for the portable by finite element method provides significance for design improvement of crane dynamic characteristics.
