摘要
以柔性化设计理念为出发点,以汽车总装生产线的高效性为目标,在原有滑板输送线的基础上,设计开发了基于无接触供电的柔性滑板输送系统。该系统使得生产线主动适应人,在汽车制造内饰线工艺段获得高度适应能力的同时,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
Starting with the flexible design theory,the flexible sliding transport system based on contactless power supply is designed and developed on the foundation of original sliding transport line,for the purpose of high-efficiency of automobile assembly production line.The system allows the production line to actively adapt to workers,which not only realizes the high adaptive capability during the decoration process section of vehicle manufacturing,but also significantly reduces the labor strength of workers and improves the production efficiency.
