摘要
针对港口设备管理水平和维修保养投入对装卸系统工作效率的影响,通过对港口装卸系统设备组成结构进行分析,结合机械系统维修性预测原理及方法,建立港口装卸工艺系统维修性模型,以生产线为单位,以生产线综合效率与可工作时间为中间变量,以港口吞吐能力为评价指标,对装卸工艺系统进行维修性预测与评估。以某港口煤炭码头为例说明该模型的应用。
Aiming at the effect of management level of port equipment and maintenance investment on the working efficiency of handling system,composition of port handling system is analyzed in the paper;the maintainability model for port handling process system is built,with consideration of maintainability prediction principle and method of the mechanical system;with the production line as the unit,the overall efficiency and work time of the production line as the intermediate variable,and harbor capacity as the evaluation index,the maintainability prediction and evaluation is performed for handling process system.Aharbor coal terminal is taken as an example to illustrate the application of such model.
