Summary of Overseas Research into Frontier Issues of Legal Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

摘要近些年来国外学者对于非物质文化遗产前沿问题的研究集中在三个方面:非物质文化遗产的国际人权保护、土著传统知识的法律保护、非物质文化遗产跨国争议的解决机制。这些研究积累了不少有益的成果,但也面临着一些仍未解决的问题。。 In recent years,researches into frontier issues of intangible cultural heritage abroad focus on three areas,which are: legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in international human rights,legal protection of traditional knowledge of indigenous people,and multinational dispute resolution mechanism of intangible cultural heritage.These researches have yielded fruitful results and at the same time also left many problems to be solved.
