摘要
以C-Si-Mn系热轧双相钢为研究对象,通过单道次热模拟实验,研究了不同变形温度下热轧双相钢热变形行为。研究发现,变形温度越高,再结晶越容易;变形温度降低,铁素体晶粒小,热变形流变应力随之下降,并且双相钢中板条马氏体和孪晶马氏体形貌均有退化趋势。通过对不同变形温度下双相钢热变形行为的研究,可以为进一步热轧实验提供理论依据。
The effects of different deformation temperatures on the deformation behavior of C- Si-Mn hot rolled dual phase steel were studied by one-pass hot rolling simulation. It was found that a higher deformation temperature made recrystallizating easily. The decreasing of deformation temperature obtained small size ferrite grains and reduced the flow stress, the morphologies of lath martensite and twin martensite in dual phase steel showed deterioration tendency. According to the research results, the deformation temperature for hot rolling process could be determined.
