摘要
建立了启停式棒材飞剪的动力学参数计算模型,利用某棒材生产线调试和实际生产过程中获取的数据,验证了计算模型的正确性,并优化了启停式棒材飞剪设计和电机选型计算。设计中应重点注意飞剪电机的选型计算和传动系统飞轮矩的合理选取,飞剪电机必须满足飞剪加速起动的全部能力要求,能够频繁快速地起动和制动。系统飞轮矩的选取既要有利于飞剪的快速起动,又要确保传动系统在剪切过程中释放足够的动能。
Calculation model of dynamic parameters for start-stop bar flying shears was established. The correctness of the calculation model was verified with the data obtained in a bar production line during debugging and actual production process. Design of start-stop bar flying shears should focus on the rational selection of drive motor and flywheel moment. Flying shear motor must satisfy all the capacity requirements during accelerated starting, and could frequently fast starting and braking. The flywheel moment should not only be helpful to quick starting, but also ensure that the drive system releases sufficient kinetic energy in the cutting process.
