基于顾客知识的企业技术创新能力评价体系研究 被引量:3

摘要 从顾客知识获取和利用方面探讨了企业技术创新能力评价指标,利用AHP方法确定指标权重,并提出利用组合多种权重导出公式方法确定最终组合权重,以提高权重确定的可信度,最后结合体现信息获取充分性的灰度和模糊综合评价方法,构建了一套基于灰度的模糊综合评价方法,用于评价基于顾客知识的企业技术创新能力。
