Application of Catastrophe Progression Method in Assessing Urban Eco-security of Fuzhou City

摘要 基于P-S-R模型,构建了研究区生态安全评价指标体系,利用突变级数法对其2000-2009年生态安全进行综合评价,结果显示:福州市生态安全隶属度在2000-2005年间呈上升趋势,而在2005-2009年则出现快速下降,研究区生态安全水平在2005年有明显突变.通过对其压力源及状态响应分析表明:海西高速建设进程中,城市化进程加快,人口密度增长过速,相应的资源、社会和环境压力激增致使生态环境的压力安全隶属度和状态安全隶属度下降,从而导致生态安全出现突变. Its social economy is in the rapid development course. Based on the P-S-R (pres- sure-state-respond) model and catastrophe progression method, the paper develops Fuzhou City's eco-security assessment index system, then evaluates its eco-security status from 2000 to 2009. The result shows that eco-seeurity of Fuzhou was up from 2000 to 2004, but it rapidly declined from 2005 to 2009. The eco-security of Fuzhou was mutate obviously in 2005. The result is shown in the analysis of the pressure, state and response of the system : during the course of high-speed construc- tion of Economic Zone of the West Straits, the progress of urbanization was faster, and the density of population grew excessively. Correspondingly, the declination of the relative-membership grade of system pressure and state was caused by the huge pressure of resource and environment, which lea- ded to the mutation of eco-security.
