当归复方颗粒对血虚证模型动物的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察当归复方颗粒对血虚证模型动物的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:分别建立缺铁性"血虚"模型、失血性"血虚"模型、气血双虚模型并予当归复方颗粒灌胃,观察其治疗作用。结果:当归复方颗粒对缺铁性血虚动物模型的血虚症状有不同程度的改善作用,可明显增加失血性"血虚"小鼠的血红蛋白(Hb)含量和红细胞(RBC)数量。结论:当归复方颗粒具有益气生血及增强机体细胞免疫的功能。 Objective: To observe the effects of DangGui (angelica) compound granules on animal models of blood-insufficiency and explore its mechanism. Method: The models with blood-insufficiency of iron deficiency pattern, blood loss pattern and dual deficiency pattern of Qi-blood were established respectively and received intragastric administration of DangGui compound granules, clinical effects were observed. Result:DangGui compound granules improved the symptoms of animals with blood-insufficiency of iron deficiency pattern in different degrees and increased obviously the content of hemoglobin (Hb) and the number of red blood cells (RBC). Conclusion: DangGui compound shows the function of tonifying Qi to produce blood and enhancing cellular immunity of the body.
