涤/粘/天丝混纺面料“放置色花”疵分析

Analysis of "placed flowers" defect of polyester/Viscose/Tencel blended fabric

特黑色涤纶/粘胶/天丝混纺面料如存放时间较长,干摩擦牢度会下降,由包装前的4～5级降低到3～4级,并且布面有云彩状色花现象出现,此种病疵称之为"放置色花",严重影响面料的使用。通过优化染色、柔软整理和罐蒸工艺,该质量问题可以得到解决。

Polyester/Viscose/Tencel blended fabrics such as fabric with black, longer storage time, appeared to dry rubbing fastness of dechne, by the packaging before the 4 - 5 level, reduced to 3 -4 level, and with the cloud shape color phenomenon, seriously affect the use of fabric defects, which we call ＂placed flowers＂. By optimizing the dyeing, finishing and cans steaming process, the quality problems have been solved.
