摘要
分析了利用赐来福AX5型络筒机生产27.8 tex苎麻纱时自动络筒机的运转效率,为提高络筒效率和企业经济效率,提出如下措施:优选苎麻脱胶煮练工艺、调整脱胶软麻乳化油制油工艺、优化精梳工艺、优选并条针梳机工艺和细纱上机牵伸工艺、改进细纱卷绕工艺,并加强自动络筒设备的维修及运转操作管理。通过采取以上措施,使自动络筒运转效率提高,断头减少。
On tEe basis of tEe analysis of the operation efficiency of AX5 automatic cone winder when processing 27.8tcx ramie yarn, the following countermeasures are put forward to improve both the winder operation efficiency and the enterprise economy efficiency： to optimize the degumming process, readjust the oiling technology as well as optimize carding, drawing, drafting, winding and cone winding processes in spinning, and strengthen the operation management. All the above measures raised the operation efficiency of the automatic cone winding and reduced the yam breaks.
