新型磁力驱动多倍加捻锭子的磁路设计

摘要 针对传统锭子锭速提高难的问题,介绍了一种多倍加捻锭子,运用磁力驱动机构的非接触传动特性开发,分析了其工作原理。理论上,这种加捻锭子的加捻效率是环锭锭子加捻效率的3倍。对多倍加捻锭子的磁力驱动机构进行设计,主要包括选择磁性材料,设计磁体排列方式,分析相对转角差和传递力矩的关系。实验时,锭速为5 000 r/min,卷绕速度为60 m/min,多倍加捻锭子正常稳定运转,设计达到预期目标。 In order to solve the diMeulties in raising traditional spindle speed, a multi-twisting spindle is developed based on the non-contact transmission by use of magnetic drive mechanism. The working principle is analyzed. Theoretically, it' s twisting efficiency is three times than that of the ring spindle twisting. The design of the magnetic drive mechanism of multi-twisting spindle includes selecting the magnetic materials, designing magnet arrangement and analyzing the relationship between the relative rotational angle difference and transmission torque. During experiment, the spindle speed was 5 000r/min, winding speed was 60m/min, multi-twisting spindle ran stably, it reached the expected design target.
