摘要
应用于鼓风机组的触摸屏存在数据存储时间短、工作不稳定等问题,这对机组的正常操作及可靠运行造成了一定影响。对此,在分析了触摸屏配置方案的优缺点的基础上,提出了"台式机+PLC"、"触摸屏一体机+PLC"以及"触摸显示器+主机+PLC"等方案。这些方案有效地提高了控制系统的可靠性与稳定性,对提升机组控制水平具有推动作用。
The touch screens used in blast units feature demerits of short data storage time and unstable operation etc. , normal operahon and reliable running of the unit is hampered. Thus the advantages and disadvantages of the touch screen configuration strategies are analyzed, and the schemes of "desktop+PLC", "touch screen integrated machine+PLC" and "touch screen display+host computer+PLC" are proposed. These schemes effectively enhance the reliability and stability of the control system, they are able to promote the control level of the units.
