改善垂直轴风机效率的叶片转动惯量试验研究

摘要 针对风力发电机抗风能力差、使用寿命不佳等特点,选用一种S型垂直轴双层叶片结构的风力发电机对试验风机进行改进。在风机叶片边沿上采用加厚型设计(作为一种配重),从而增加风轮的转动惯量,延长发电机的工作时间。正交试验和方差分析表明,转动惯量的改变可使风机的转化效率从36.12%提升到37.72%。 Aiming at the weakness of wind driven generators, i. e. , easily to be destroyed when facing breeze that causing shortening of the working life of the generators, thus the wind turbine with S-shape vertical axis double layer blades structure are adopted. Improvement is conducted on the trial wind turbine; the edge of the blade is thickened as counterweights, thus the rotational inertia of the wind wheel is increased, and the rotating time after wind stops is also prolonged, and the operating time of the generator is longer. Through designing orthogonal experiment and conducting variance analysis, it is obtained that changing rotational inertia can elevate the conversion efficiency of wind turbine from 36.12% to 37.72%.
