摘要
在使用端面量仪测头对小缝隙内的端面进行测量定位时,往往由于顶尖孔的误差,无法保证端面量仪测头能够伸入小缝隙进行端面测量定位。提出一种二次端面测量定位的方法:首次端面量仪测头定位在小缝隙端面之外的开阔端面附近,在测定开阔端面位置之后,根据小缝隙与开阔端面之间的距离,将端面量仪测头准确定位到小缝隙端面内。由此,通过两次端面定位,实现了小缝隙端面的测量定位。并对相关问题进行了讨论。
In measuring the end face in the gap, the gaugehead maybe can not reach into the gap due to the error ot toe top no^e. A relocation method of the end face was proposed. Firstly, the gaugehead was reached to a end face not in a gap and measured the lo- cation of the end face. Secondly, the gaugehead was moved to the end face in the gap according to the distance between the gap and the end face not in a gap. So the end face in the gap was measured by relocationg method.
