摘要 针对高速高精加工机床中的喷雾冷却技术,提出一种空气油雾定量控制冷却装置,探讨了喷嘴直径与空气油雾质量比等主要工作参数对油液雾化特性以及切削加工表面质量的影响规律。研究结果表明:喷嘴直径越小,空气油雾质量比越大,油液的雾化效果越好;但油液的雾化颗粒过小,反而会由于油液颗粒的飞散不利于切削区的热交换,导致冷却效果变差,影响加工表面质量。 A kind of air-oil spray quantitative controlled cooling system was proposed to study the spray cooling technology in high speed and high accuracy machine. The influence laws of main working parameters such as nozzle diameter and air-oil mass ratio on at- omizing characteristics and cutting surface quality were studied. The results show that the smaller the nozzle diameter and the bigger the air-oil mass ratio, the better the oil atomization results. But undersized oil atomized particles are bad for heat exchange in cutting because of flying, which will lead to a bad cooling effect and influence the processed surface quality.
