摘要
为了提高CNC系统的加工精度和加工效率,在分析传统的TAYLOR展开法插补技术的基础上,着重研究了3次NURBS曲线实时插补技术,提出了改进的基于二分法的NURBS曲线插补算法。该算法直接计算曲线上的插补点,避免了复杂的NURBS曲线求导运算,简化了插补计算过程。与传统的TAYLOR展开法相比,在计算效率上提高了近60%。
For improve the machining precision and efficiency of CNC system, based on analyzing the TAYLOR expansion interpolation technology, the three NURBS curve real time interpolation technology was studied. A new interpolation method was proposed based on dichotomy. In this algorithm, interpolation points were calculated directly, avoiding the derivation calculation for NURBS curve. So the calculation process is simplified. Compared with traditional TAYLOR method, the calculation efficiency is increased nearly 60%.
