摘要
阐述了挖掘机负载模拟系统的设计目标与设计过程,目的是能够方便地进行功率输出控制、最大加载功率大于40 kW、能够模拟高频率变化的负载,并利用AMESim软件对加载系统进行建模与仿真。仿真结果表明:所设计的液压加载系统能够很好地模拟挖掘机的典型工况和最大加载功率两种工况,在模拟复杂和特殊负载的工况下能够达到较高的精度,证明此加载系统满足设计要求并能够很好地对挖掘机的负载进行模拟。
The design goal and design process of the loading simulation system of hydraulic excavator were introduced. The final aims were to control the power output conveniently, the maximum loading power greater than 40 kW and to simulate variable load with high frequency. Then the model of the hydraulic loading system was built based on AMEsim and the typical work condition and maxi- mum loading power work condition were simulated. It is shown that the hydraulic loading system has high-precision under complex and special work conditions. It meets the design requirements and can be used to simulate hydraulic excavator load well.
