摘要
为了改变传统轴向变量柱塞泵只能通过控制斜盘倾角来实现流量变化的现状,设计了一种自带步进电机的微流量变量柱塞泵,详细介绍其结构和工作原理,在此基础上,设计了该泵的控制电路原理图。
In order to change the situation that changing flow of traditional axial variable displacement piston pump by controlling slope angle of the swash plate, a kind of micro-flow variable plunger pump with stepper motor was designed, the main structure and working principle were analyzed in detail. On this basis, the control electric circuit chart of the pump was designed.
