摘要 研制一种旋转编码开关自动检测分选设备。根据旋转编码开关的外形结构及人工检测时的动作要领,设计系统的机械结构,完成了原型样机的开发。系统以伺服电机和气动元件为执行机构,采用基于PLC和组态王的运动控制监视系统,实现了自动上料、进料、检测、分选,并具有手动功能。试检结果表明:样机能够顺利高效地完成旋转编码开关的自动检测,工作稳定,检测效果良好,具有较好的运用推广前景。 A kind of automatic detecting and sorting equipment for rotary encoder switch was developed. According to the shape of the structure of the rotary encoder switch and the gist of action of manual detection, the mechanical structure of the system was de- signed and the prototype was completed. The executing machines of system were servo motor and pneumatic components. The monito- ring system, based on PLC and Kingview, was used to realize automatic feeding, detecting, sorting, which had manual function. Test results show that the prototype can be used to complete the automatic detection of rotary encoder switch smoothly and efficiently. It works stably with good results and has good application prospect.
