艺术类专业大学毕业生就业能力分析及对策研究

Analysis of Arts College Graduates' Employability and Countermeasures

在全国普通高校毕业生就业难的大背景下,艺术类大学生所遭遇的就业难或就业的不确定性,除了艺术类劳动力市场的自身特点之外,是否与其就业能力有关?本研究以艺术院校大学毕业生为研究对象,通过实证研究发现,他们自我认知的就业能力总体水平较高,系别对艺术类大学毕业生就业能力有影响,在团队合作能力、自我管理能力、学习能力、问题解决能力、基本能力上的表现愈好,其就业能力整体就会愈强。依据研究结果,大学生亟需提升自身能力尤其是学习能力;学校应根据社会需求及办学特色调整专业设置或招生计划,推进教学改革,完善生涯辅导工作。

In the background of the fact that college graduates have difficulty finding jobs,one should make clear that a college graduate＇ s emplayability decides his or her employment, esp. for art graduates. Through empirical study, We find that art graduates have higher level of employability perception, that there is relationship, between majors and employability for art graduates, showing that one will have stronger employability ff he or she has better team cooperation ability, self - disciplined ability, learning ability, and problem solving ability. The research shows that it is urgent far art graduates to improve their Learning abilities, and that colleges should adjust speciality design and recruitment program to promote teaching reform and career consulting to meet society＇ s demands.
