摘要
当前大学生谈恋爱已经是非常普遍的现象,但同时伴随产生的恋爱心理危机问题正影响着他们的健康发展。而复原力作为心理学领域的一种新兴理论,对其深入研究有利于提出心理危机解决过程中的积极方法。大学生恋爱心理危机主要包括失恋、抑郁、自杀等表现,本文从复原力的启示和大学生复原力的培养方面进行了初步的研究。
The current college students falling in love is very common phenomenon,and at the same time supervenient love psychological crisis is affecting their healthy development. Resilience as a new field of psychology theory. The research is helpful to put forward active ways to solve the psychological crisis in the process. The college students＇ psychological crisis in love mainly includes brokenhearted, depression, suicide and performance, This paper makes a primary study of the resili- ence of inspiration and college students＇ resilience of the training.
