摘要
"卓越法律人才培养教育计划"是新时期引领和指导法学教育发展方向的重大战略方针。法律职业道德教育是培养应用型卓越法律人才的基础和前提,认真思考法律伦理道德素质教育定位,将法律职业道德课程纳入教学内容,全面拓展法律职业道德课程教学模式,培养具备法律心性和人文精神的未来法律职业者是培养应用型卓越法律人才的重要举措。
The education plan of of Cultivating the excellent Applied Persons is a important strategic policy to lead and guide law education development for a new period. Legal professional ethics education is basis and premise of cultivating the excellent applied persons. Thinking about orientation of legal ethics quality education carefully, bringing the legal professional ethics course into the teaching content, developing legal professional ethics teaching mode, cultivating future legal profession- als with legal character and the humanities spirit are the important measures for training the excellent applied persons with ethic of the legal profession.
