摘要
实例分析表明:在汉文化语境下,人们在现代职场言语交际中对道歉策略的选择主要以"尊人贬己"和"面子"理念为主导,采用以保护听话者面子的综合性道歉策略修复说话者因言行失误对听话者造成的伤害、挽回对方的面子。这种道歉策略的实施在消除误解、建立和谐职场人际关系中起到了非常重要的作用。
Chinese cultural context generally takes "disgracing oneself to honor others" and "saving face" as their primary concept to choose relevant apology in speech communication. The comprehensive apology plays key roles in saving listeners' faces, eliminating misunderstandings caused by word - and - deed mistakes between speakers and listeners as well as in set- ting up the harmonious interpersonal relationship between workplaces.
