摘要
本研究从疑似犬细小病毒感染犬粪便中分离鉴定一株犬细小病毒,并进行了VP2基因序列分析。分离株病毒命名为JN株,分离株病毒对猪红细胞的血凝效价为1∶512,Reed-Muench法测定分离株病毒TCID50为10-3.5/0.1mL,动物回归试验显示攻毒犬能复制出犬细小病毒病的典型临床症状和病理变化,VP2基因序列分析表明该分离株为CPV-2a亚型,与GenBank中的8株CPV VP2基因序列核苷酸同源性在98.7%~99.6%之间。
A strain of canine parvovirus were isolated and identified from a suspected canine parvovirus infected dogs' feces, and with VP2 gene sequence analysis. The isolated virus strain was named JN strains, and its hemagglutination titer to pig erythocytes was 1 : 512, the Reed-Muench method for the determination of isolated virus TCID50 was 10^-3.5/0.1 mL. The animal regression test showed that challenged dogs reproduced typical clinical symptoms and pathological changes. The sequence of isolated virus VP2 gene belongs to CPV-2a subtype, and compared with eight strains of CPV VP2 gene in GenBank, the nucleotide homology was between 98.7 %-99.6 %.
