规模猪场仔猪黄白痢治疗药物的筛选及疗效观察

Drug Sensitivity Assay and Treatment Effects on Piglet Yellow and White Scours in Scale Pig Farms

为筛选治疗仔猪黄白痢的有效药物,对包头市某猪场患典型仔猪黄白痢猪只的肛拭粪样中分离出致病性大肠埃希菌,用纸片法对12种抗菌药物进行药敏试验,结果表明,头孢曲松、卡那霉素和强力霉素高度敏感,对先锋霉素、诺氟沙星、复方磺胺中度敏感,而对环丙沙星、链霉素、庆大霉素、四环素、氨苄青霉素、阿莫西林不敏感;头孢曲松组共治愈24头,治愈率为高达80%,强力霉素组和卡那霉素组共治愈21头和20头,治愈率分别为70%和66.67%,头孢曲松组比强力霉素组和卡那霉素组在治愈率方面分别提高了10%和13.33%,差异显著(P<0.05);在35日龄试验结束后,使用头孢曲松进行治疗,仔猪平均体重为7.55kg±0.46kg,分别比强力霉素组和卡那霉素组提高1.1kg±0.17kg和1.33kg±0.19kg,差异极显著(P<0.01)。对仔猪黄白痢病原菌敏感性较高的药物是头孢曲松、强力霉素和卡那霉素,使用头孢曲松治疗仔猪黄白痢效果最佳。

To screan the drug for yellow and white sources of piglets, 12 differernt kinds of antibacterial agents were tested for the sensitivities to pathogenic E. coli isolated from feces of piglets suffering from yellow-white dysentery in pig-farm of Baotou city. The result showed that ceftriaxone, kanamycin and doxycycline showed a high sensitivity to pathogenic E. coli, while cephalosporin, norfloxacin and com- pound suliadiazine had a moderate sensitivity, and cipro{loxacin, streptomycin, gentamicin, tetracycline, amoxicillin penbritin, norfloxacin had no effect. The cure rate of ceftriaxone （curing 24 piglets） accounting for 80% was significant（P〈0.05） higher than that of doxycycline and kanamycin by 10% and 13.33%, which cured 21 and 20 piglets respectively. At the end of the study, the average weight 7.55 kg±0.46 kg of the piglets with ceftriaxone was significant（P〈0.01）higher than that of doxycycline and kanamycin by 1.1 kg±0.17 kg and 1.33 kg±0. 19 kg. In conclusion, ceftriaxone had the best therapeutic effect for yellow and white scours of piglets, kanamycin and doxycycline exhited a moderate effect compared with ceftriaxone.
