高精度油中含水仪的研制

摘要 介绍以C8051F350单片机为核心的高精度实时油中含水仪的软硬件设计。在测试通道中利用其自带的24位A/D转换实现高精度数据采集,抗干扰方面采取真假负载的方法,抑制数据采集处及数据传输通道中的干扰信号,通过软件的运算,提高数据的稳定度。使用数码管显示测量值,当超过设定值时发出报警信号,并给出油水分离设备的启动控制信号。油中含水仪由单片机、短波发射器、数据处理部分、结果显示等组成,系统结构简单、可靠、测量精度高。 In this paper,the hardware and software design of a high precision real-time water-in-oil monitor has been introduced,which centers on C8051F350 single-chip microcomputer. In the test channel,its own 24-bit AID conver- sion has been used to achieve high precision data acquisition. True and false load method has been adopted to in- hibit interference signals at data acquisition and in data transmission channel,so as to improve the data stability through the software operation. The digital tubes have been used to display the measured value. When it exceeds the set value,a warning signal will be sent,as well as the startup control signal from the oil-water separating equipment. The monitor was mainly made up of a single-chip microcomputer,a short-wave transmitter,data processing and re- sults display etc,with a simple and reliable system structure and high accuracy.
