摘要
对循环流化床锅炉床温控制过程进行了分析,介绍了床温过程的原始控制策略,分析了影响床温的主要因素,根据这些因素设计基于继电反馈的模型辨识及PID参数自整定的床层温度控制器,给出了在该控制器下实际动态品质及参数优化结果,证明该控制器在热工控制中具有推广的可行性。
Based on the CFB boiler,bed temperature control process was analyzed,and introduces the bed temperature process on the original control strategy,analyzed the bed temperature about the main factors ,according to these fac- tors design bed temperature controller based on relay feedback model identification and PID parameter self-setting, and the controller was presented the actual dynamic quality and parameters optimization results,prove the controller have the feasibility of oromotion in the thermal control.
