摘要
在我国教师教育发展转型的历史条件下,教师教育学科建设对省属师范大学彰显办学特色具有独特的价值。省属师范大学教师教育学科建设的根本目标,是通过高质量的教师培养、对教育机构的引领示范和对政府部门的政策咨询,服务区域教师特别是基础教育教师的专业发展和基础教育事业发展。要实现这一目标,应实施"综合集成战略",有机整合与有效利用校内外各种教师教育资源,实现教师教育理论、模式和制度的协同创新。
In the transitional period of teacher education in China, the disciplinary construction of teacher education has special significance to the promotion of the typical features of provincial teachers universities. Such disciplinary construction aims to train qualified teachers, help improve the educa- tion institutions, offer policy advice, and help promote the development of elementary education and the professional development of the teachers involved in elementary education. The realization of such goal relies on the integrated strategy, that is, the efficient integration and utilization of all education resources and teachers, and the proper innovation of the related theories, models and systems.
