足部联合性损伤的诊断及治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of the foot combined injuries

目的探讨足部联合性损伤的诊断及治疗。方法通过11例临床病例的总结进行足部联合性损伤的诊断及治疗的探讨。结果术后随访7～12个月,根据AOSAS中足功能评分系统,优2例,良9例。经康复训练,所有患者均在术后6个月左右弃拐完全负重行走。结论早期准确诊断,给予恢复关节面,恢复足的抛物线外形,恢复内外侧足弓,能取得满意疗效。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of the foot combined injuries. Methods 11 cases were summarized to explore the diagnosis and treatment of the foot combined injuries. All cases were given the reconstruction of foot medial and lateral column and the combination of anatomical reduction plus strong fixation of Lisfranc injury. Results Postoperative follow - up was seven months to two years, five cases are excellent, one case was good and two cases were bad. All patients could walk without stick and with load completely six weeks after operation by rehabihtation training. Conclusion It is very important for the patients received routine measures to avoid misdiagnosis, including the early and accurate diagnosis, resurfacing the joint, recovering the parabolic structure of foot and the medial and lateral instep, and postoperative early systemic rehabilitation training.
