降钙素原在危重患者血行感染中的早期预测价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价血清降钙素原(PCT)在危重患者血行感染中的筛检价值。方法对入住ICU科的脓毒症患者行血培养检测及PCT。结果 PCT>10 ng/ml作为血行感染诊断试验中的灵敏度为67.35%,特异度71.05%,误诊率28.95%,漏诊率32.65%,阳性预测值75.00%,阴性预测值62.79%,总符合率为68.97%;Youden指数0.38,比数值为5.06;阴性似然比45.95%,阳性似然比为2.33。结论当脓毒症患者PCT>10 ng/ml时,警惕患者存在血行感染。
