手术治疗骰骨骨折15例临床体会 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨治疗骰骨骨折的方法。方法对骰骨骨折患者进行手术治疗,采用骰骨"成形"植骨,外侧柱延长,骰骨专用钢板或桥接钢板固定。结果 15例患者术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。获术后6～20个月随访,骨折均愈合,骨折平均愈合时间(9.6±2.4)周,患者术后获完全负重行走时间平均(12±3.9)周,无切口感染、跖跗关节炎、骰骨缺血性坏死、内固定松动及行走疼痛等并发症发生。按照美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)中足评分标准,患者入院时AOFAS评分(71±6.5)分,术后随访评分平均(86±5.4)分,术后评分明显高于术前(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗骰骨骨折是重建足外侧柱长度和维持中足稳定性的有效方法。
