摘要
从传导、对流、辐射三个方面阐述电子设备的热设计原理,并就可靠性、经济性、维修性对测井系统车载设备的热设计进行探讨。
Based on the thermal design principle description of electronic devices in terms of thermal conduction, convection and radiation at first, this paper brings on a discussion on the thermal design of truck-carried devices in logging system from the aspects of reliability, economical and maintenance efficiency.
