摘要 为精确控制烟丝掺配的瞬时掺配比例,提高其过程控制能力,通过分析产生掺配累计误差的影响因素,建立误差补偿数学模型,优化掺配从称设定流量的算法,依据瞬时累计误差计算流量修正值,从而对从称流量进行实时的动态修正;通过加快生产结束时叶丝出料速度,稳定主称的尾料流量,进一步消除主称流量波动对掺配精度的影响。由于采用动态误差补偿技术,稳定了掺配流量,提高了掺配精度,实现了对掺配比例的精确控制,保障产品烟支内在品吸质量的稳定性和均衡性,其CPK值由原来的0.52提高到3.33,取得了较好的应用效果。 In order to control the instantaneous blending proportion of the cut rags precisely, it is necessary to improve the process control ability, to build error compensation mathematical model with the analysis of influential factors in blending accumulative error, to optimize algorithms of the flow set of the blending affiliate scale, to get flow revision value based on instantaneous errors and to carry out timely dynamic revisions of affiliate scale flow. Moreover, the tailing flow of the main scale can be stabilized by speeding up the discharging speed of cut rags so as to eliminate the effects of main scale flow fluctuation on blending precision. With the help of compensation technology of the dynamic error, the application result shows stabilized blending flow, improved blending precision and precision control of the blending proportion. Furthermore, the stabilization and proportionality of tobacco products quality absorption is ensured, and the CPK value is developed from original 0.52 to 3.33.
