摘要
根据液压阀综合试验台的设计要求,基于LabVIEW软件平台设计了该试验台的测控系统。介绍了该试验台的系统结构和硬件设计,重点阐述了测控系统信号采集,信号输出,信号处理以及与PLC通讯的实现方法。该测控系统满足对不同种类液压阀的多种性能测试的要求,并且具有高实时性,工作安全可靠,操作方便等特点。
According to the design requirements of the hydraulic valves test-bed, design the test and control system based on LabVIEW software platform. The paper introduces the system architecture and hardware design, focuses on the method of signal acquisition, signal output, signal processing and communication with the PLC. The platform is reliable with high performance, high stability, good characteristic and can be used in the test for all kinds of hydranlic valves.
