摘要
针对重型物料大行程的搬运需求,设计了一款基于PLC的大行程重载搬运机械手系统。给出了机械手系统的机械结构模型,介绍了系统的PLC及触摸屏软硬件设计。出于操作人员的安全考虑,设计了机械手安全控制系统。实践证明,搬运机械手系统可实现对重型物料的大行程搬运,具有较强的稳定性及安全性。
In order to meet the needs of transport heavy-duty material for large stroke, a PLC-base transport manipulator system of large-stroke and heavy load was designed. In this paper, the model of mechanical structure of the manipulator system is given, and the design of the software and hardware about PLC and touch-panel of the system is introduced. Considering the safety of the operating personnel, a safety control system was designed. Practice has proved that the transport manipulator system can reach the purpose of handling the heavy-duty material with large stroke, and the system has strong stability and security.
